This policy applies to purchases made at [lefreshcanvas.shop](https://lefreshcanvas.shop), operated by CRYSTAL CLEAN GREEN CLEANING, LLC.

## 30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. Eligible returns are free. Contact kinsanjose13139@outlook.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason. We will send return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return label. Please wait for those instructions before shipping an item.

## Return condition and exclusions

Returned products should be unused, in their original condition, and include packaging, tags, accessories, and documentation. This condition requirement does not apply to items that are defective, damaged in transit, or sent in error.

Personalized or made-to-order items, digital products after delivery, perishable goods, opened hygiene-sensitive products, gift cards, and items clearly marked final sale are not eligible for change-of-mind returns unless defective or applicable law provides otherwise. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable US and UK consumer rights.

## Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

Please email kinsanjose13139@outlook.com promptly after discovering a problem. Include your order number, a description, and photos if available. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund without additional return costs when the problem is confirmed.

## Refunds

Once an authorized return is received and approved, we will issue the refund to the original payment method, normally within 3–7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post it. If the credit has not appeared after that period, contact us at kinsanjose13139@outlook.com.

## Shipping and taxes

Standard shipping is free when the merchandise subtotal is more than US$30. For orders of US$30 or less, any shipping charge is displayed at checkout before payment. We do not ask customers to pay a separate tax or import-duty charge on delivery; applicable amounts are included in the checkout total or handled by us where required by law. Original shipping charges are refunded when required by applicable law.
